Courtney is the senior law clerk at the Cahill Firm. With over twenty-two years of experience, she is an authority on the substantive and procedural challenges facing our clients. Throughout her two-decade career, Courtney has assisted clients at all levels of the Ontario Court system, from Small Claims Court, to the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal. Courtney personifies a career in pursuit of excellence. She wields her knowledge, empathy, and skill, to assist clients in obtaining fantastic results.
In her spare time, Courtney has earned a purple belt in Karate. She is an accomplished chef and baker and loves to perfect new recipes.Â

Karen brings over thirty years of customer service, management, and human resource experience to the Cahill Firm. She is the friendly voice you will hear when you call into the firm, and the steady hand typing-out e-mails responding to all manner of administrative inquiries and requests for our clients. Karen will also be a point of contact for collecting and organizing important information for your file.
Karen enjoys baking, babysitting her grand-dogs, and cheering for her Kansas City Chiefs!
