Beth Ambury

Family Lawyer

Beth is an Associate Lawyer at the Cahill Firm. She has been practicing family law in Kingston and the East Region since 2019. She is very interested in family systems and the way we structure our families over time. Beth sees each change in the family as a new chapter and looks to support you in setting up the legal framework you need to make that work. She focuses on access to justice, practical problem-solving, and creative solutions for the unique needs of each family. In addition to representing adults in and out of the courtroom, she represents children and youth for the Office of the Children's Lawyer.

Beth grew up in Kingston. After spending time in southwestern Ontario and the US for university, she hightailed it back to town for law school and happily settled here with her family. Outside of the office, Beth appreciates a good book, food cooked by someone besides her, and low-stakes baking shows.
